Cross-cultural Church Planting Intern As a part of the TIBM team, Ian is engaged in a intensive internship focused on various aspects of cross-cultural church planting. He has earned an M.A. from Wheaton Graduate School in Intercultural Studies and has had previous field experience in East Asia. |

John Raines
Cross-cultural Church Planting Intern & Worship Leader John has been serving as the worship leader for TIBM for some time and in 2012 has begun a formal church planting internship. John's work will focus much on pioneering some new efforts among people group clusters that TIBM hasn't fully engaged thus far. He has an M.A. from Wheaton College in Biblical Studies and has previously served with the International Mission Board as a Journeyman in North Africa. |

Eric Aidoo
Church Planter / Pastor As a student at Trinity International University, Eric is gaining practical ministry experience in the United States context by serving as the lead church planter and pastor of Calvary International Baptist Church. Calvary is a predominantly Ghanaian church plant in the Bolingbrook area. Before coming to the U.S., Eric has served for years in Ghana as a church planter and pastor. Support for Eric will go into TIBM's "Diaspora Leaders Development Scholarship" under his name to help with costs related to tuition and living expenses. |
