Trinity International Baptist Mission really is a church, but it is also a family of churches and ministries.  You see, if our mission is truly to bring the hope and wholeness of Christ to people of all nations, we know we can’t do it alone.  That’s why we believe that God would have us start new churches and new ministries—beginning in Chicagoland, but reaching to the ends of the earth.

 

Below you can find out a little bit about our growing family.  Our prayer is that you will plug in to, pray for, or otherwise partner with any of these ministries for the sake of the Kingdom.

1Stone Collegiate Ministries

1Stone is our on-campus ministry at the College of DuPage. We have weekly meetings and special events. Check out the 1Stone site at 1stonecod.org  for more information.

  


English Learning Ministry

We offer free English classes for non-native English speakers each Thursday from 7-9pm. Free childcare is provided on-site. The classes meet at 670 S. Lambert Road in Glen Ellyn, IL.

  


Tensae Church

Tensae Church began as a plant of TIBM in 2006.  It is a growing church of 1st and 2nd generation Ethiopian immigrants from all around the Chicago area.  They meet weekly at 670 S. Lambert Rd. in Glen Ellyn, IL. Their Amharic worship service begins at 11:00 A.M. Tensae is also engaged in numerous ministries during the week. 

 

Light of Christ Church

Light of Christ Church is the first daughter church of Tensae. It is located outside of Addis Ababa in Ethiopia.


TIBM Neighborhood

TIBM is actively engaged in ministry in a multi-cultural neighborhood in Carol Stream, IL.  Currently, our work here includes a house church, spiritual festivals, children’s clubs, our annual Neighbor Day Festival, prayer ministry, and more.


Karen Baptist Church (Glen Ellyn, IL)

KBC is our Karen-language (Burma) church plant. They meet weekly at 670 S. Lambert Rd. in Glen Ellyn, IL. The service begins at 3:00 PM. KBC is also engaged in numerous ministries during the week.

 

Karen Baptist Church (Rockford, IL area)

KBC is our 2nd Karen-language (Burma) church plant. They meet weekly at 718 Harlem Rd. in Machesney Park, IL. The service begins at 3:00 PM. KBC is also engaged in numerous ministries during the week.


TriEak Parmeshwar Mandali (Glen Ellyn, IL)

TPM is a congregation of Nepali followers of Prabhu Sri Yeshu serving and seeking Him together in the Wheaton-Glen Ellyn area.  Weekly Sunday School and worship services occur at 670 S. Lambert Rd. in Glen Ellyn. Please contact us for more details.
